MEET OUR STEYN CITY REAL ESTATE TEAM
We’re proud to introduce Leanne Jamieson, Mark Williams and Mpho Mosito, along with rental expert Alana Culverwell – the dynamos behind our Real Estate Team.
Mark – 082 559 2989
Leanne – 072 078 9562
With their years of experience selling properties within our beautiful development, each member of the team is able to provide insider insights and knowledge: Mark and Leanne joined us back in March 2015, and have been responsible for the majority of developer sales to date, and thanks to their Pam Golding Properties affiliation, close to 90% of all resales. Mpho held an admin position for three years before turning her skills to selling. Alana, meanwhile, has extensive industry experience, and has placed the majority of rentals at Steyn City since 2018.
Alana – 072 502 5276
Mpho – 084 202 3179
What makes this team exceptional? For a start, their understanding of the developers’ plans and vision is unrivalled. You’ll soon realise that they’re not only well versed in Steyn City’s future; they know plenty about its history, too. That means they are particularly well placed to provide information about small details potential homeowners may not otherwise consider – and it’s those small details that make the Steyn City lifestyle one of a kind.
They’re also able to give advice around rules, regulations, legalities, facilities and structures, not only as people who sell the property, but as users, too: Mark loves taking time out on the greens and, as avid MTB enthusiasts, he and his family frequently hit Steyn City’s offroad tracks. Leanne, meanwhile, can often be seen walking her dogs along the promenade after hours, and Mpho enjoys a catch up with friends and colleagues at the Clubhouse terrace, just as Alana pops into the City Centre’s Seattle Coffee Company after a run in the parklands.
The team will be thrilled to take you on an exclusive viewing of the parklands to show you the exceptional facilities as well the property types available. Similarly, you have any questions about selling or renting your property, reinvesting in Steyn City, or getting a realistic valuation on your home, they are your go-to team.
AFRICAN FLAIR
Shortly before the launch of the City Centre in October 2021, we invited eight leading South Africa designers to add their special touch to a select number of our homes, with the aim of showing residents how to add a dash of pizazz to their special space.
Bilala Mabuza was one of our featured designers, and her stunning interpretation of the City Centre ethos transformed an already magnificent three-bedroomed single storey home into something truly remarkable.
What stands out in this home is Bilala’s understanding of how living has become more versatile in a post-Covid world: our days of lockdown shaped how we use our rooms, and Bilala has reflected this in spaces that are fluid and non-prescriptive.
Also noteworthy is the use of materials that tell the story of Africa’s natural heritage, such as raw, untreated wood, and the inclusion of pieces that reflect Steyn City’s outdoor oriented lifestyle.
The apartment’s proximity to Steyn City’s Lagoon is certainly an advantage: this 300m crystal clear feature is a massive attraction for families, offering loads of water-based fun, from waterslides, SUP boards and pedalos to beach volleyball – followed by a gelato or cool drink from the Laguna. There’s no better place to spend Johannesburg’s glorious summer days, especially now that the facility has longer Summer operating hours.
We’d love for you to experience this showcase of Bilala’s talent and, while you’re here, to explore the rest of our parkland – we’re sure you’ll agree that every aspect, from the outstanding security measures to the range of amenities curated to offer something for everyone, ensures this is an address quite unlike any other.

PURE PEDAL POWER
Still deliberating about whether to enter the Virgin Active 947 Ride Joburg MTB Challenge? Allow us to remove any doubt from your mind: this event – taking place on 12-13 November – is going to be epic.
We’ve set out three different routes, each with its own unique challenges: the 50km option is, of course, the ultimate test, but the 25km and 10km aren’t to be written off. Whichever route you choose, you’ll have the pleasure of cycling throughout our beautiful development, on roads which are usually closed to non-residents – and around each corner, you’ll experience new scenery or another exciting trail.
With the event organised by Faces, one of the premium event companies in South Africa, you can be sure of an absolutely seamless, superior experience – plus, the route has been carefully marked, with both directional markings and marshals in place at key points, to ensure it’s perfectly safe.
Keen to get a head start? Remember that you can take part in our weekly training rides, taking place on Wednesday afternoons. And don’t forget to register this month, before it’s too late!
