A life right model
for clarity and security
Senior Village uses a life right model designed to provide long term security and clarity for residents and their families.
In simple terms, the life right holder has the right to occupy the home for their lifetime (and that of their nominated person), while Steyn City retains ownership of the unit.

- How the financial model operates, including what is repaid when the life right ends
