Kamers comes to City Centre for a sensational spring show
One of the highlights on our upcoming events calendar is Kamers, South Africa’s largest (and, some might argue, most creative) pop-up retail market phenomenon.
This stunning event takes place from 29 August to 1 September, and provides South African makers with a platform to show off their wonderful handmade creations. From fabulous food to one-of-a-kind gifting, clothes and décor, you are in for a very special treat.
Pst: we’re spoiling our residents with an exclusive pre-view evening on Wednesday 28 August, from 4pm to 8pm. Come and enjoy an entirely unique shopping experience in an intimate setting, complete with live music. Entrance is free. Watch the Steyn City app for more information.
Steyn City Showjumping Championship – 13-15 September
Calling all equine enthusiasts: head to our equestrian centre for a fantastic display of skill and talent. Resident and guest hospitality tickets will be available closer to the date. Details to follow on the Steyn City app soon.
Virgin Active Ride Joburg MTB races 9-10 November
This event has now become an annual favourite – and this year’s edition promises to be more thrilling and action-packed than ever before. We’ve introduced a range of new features to our custom designed track, and we can’t wait to see the riders take on these challenges!

The wait is almost over! In October, the Steyn City Hotel by Saxon and Guild will be opening its doors.
This beautiful hotel has recently been endorsed by Leading Hotels of the World – a sign of our commitment to excellence in everything we do.
